Women in Dairy are delighted to announce the return of the Dairy Industry Woman of the Year. This award aims to celebrate the achievements of women in the British dairy industry.
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates the Women in Dairy values of connect, share, inspire.
For example:
· Connect through social media, local discussion groups or with the public on Open Farm Sunday or local schools,
Sponsored by HSBC. Many thanks to HSBC for their continued support of the Women in Dairy Woman of the Year Award.
· Share experience with younger generation, someone from another part of the industry, or an apprentice,
· Inspire others with their positivity or attitude or to try something new.

ENTRY CRITERIA
The award is open to any woman working in the British dairy industry and or involved in any aspect of the supply chain.
Nominees must show or demonstrate the values of Women in Dairy to Connect, Share and Inspire.
Nominees must be 16 years or older to apply.
Closing date for nominations is 25th July 2025.

Nomination forms must be returned to Laura Barber, RABDF by email womenindairy@rabdf.co.uk by 25th July 2025.
The judging panel with comprise of a member of the Women in Dairy Steering Committee, Women in Dairy Patron and Women in Dairy Sponsor.
The judging panel will select finalists who will be invited to attend a short interview with the judging panel and a member of the Steering Committee.
All finalists will be invited to attend the conference and will receive one free ticket to attend the conference.
The winner will be announced at the Women in Dairy Conference on September 2025.
