Women in Dairy has joined forces with Holly Beckett, Focussed Farmers to present a series of online workshops to take your mental health from good to great! Holly will discuss understanding stress, mental training and vision and goal setting with one session per week starting on 16th April.
Sarah Bolt, Kingshay will facilitate each session, taking your questions and ensuring we have time for plenty of discussion.
Each session will take place online via Zoom and places are limited. Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes.

We all know what it’s like to feel stress but how many of us understand where it comes from, what the real effects are on our body and know that we have the ability to banish it altogether?
