You are invited to the next meeting of the Cheshire Women in Dairy Group

Anyone involved in dairy, from farm to farm office and throughout the industry, is welcome!

• Topic: A talk about SmaXtec boluses by Loretta Holder (SmaXtec) followed by a tour of Reaseheath college farm by Louise Guy (Reaseheath college).  

• 10am. Meet at Reaseheath college for coffee and introductions. Enter via entrance 1 to park and sign in.

• 10.30am. Loretta talking about SmaXtec boluses and how SmaXtec offer dairy farmers the most technologically advanced health system aimed at preventing diseases in dairy cows. The boluses ensure 24/7 monitoring of activity, rumination and temperature; therefore better oestrus detection, an optimised calving process as well as ensuring the health of the cow.

• 11.30am Reaseheath college farm walk.

• 12.30pm lunch and finish by 1.30pm.

 All are welcome and your first meeting is free.

Thereafter Women in Dairy Membership is £45 per year.
