Before you consider how to motivate, lead and inspire your team, you need to know the basics of good communication – and this workshop will show you just how tricky positive communication can be…and the way to make communication work for you and your team.

The workshop lasts up 2.5 hours and is interactive and fun. Everyone discovers their own personality style and those of their colleagues or group in a relaxed and engaging way. All workshop materials are provided including an A5 workbook which includes your personality profile. You'll be able to use the information you've learned immediately!
