You are invited to the next meeting of the Shropshire Women in Dairy Group:
Anyone involved in dairy, from farm to farm office and throughout the industry, is welcome!
Topic: TBAS visit and farm walk
A TBAS visit is made up of a discussion about bovine TB as an infectious disease and includes a farm walk to identify areas where measures could be put in place to reduce the risk of TB entering, or being recycled, on the farm. The visit is about sharing the science and evidence we have about the bacteria, how is survives in various environment and the limitations of the tests we use and how all this could impact your TB risk. We then discuss what can be done to reduce if not eliminate the risk pathways, in a bespoke way for your business.
